Mareike Stoll

MSc Student @ MPI for Medical Research, Micro Nano and Molecular Systems Lab

Mareike Stoll received her bachelor’s degree in physics at Heidelberg University. During an exchange semester at Helsinki University, Finland, she focused on material physics at the micro- and nanoscale. Afterwards she pursued her master studies in physics at Heidelberg University and joined the Micro Nano and Molecular Systems Lab of Prof. Dr. Peer Fischer at the Max Planck Institute for Medical Research in Heidelberg, where she’s investigating the generation of mechanoradicals in tissue when exposed to high intensity focused ultrasound.
